Craig Zinn Automotive is pleased to offer all eligible employees a competitive Benefits Program through a wide variety of benefit plans.
We currently offer three subsidized Medical plan options geared to fit the health and financial needs of each employee of the organization. All three medical plans are Open Access which allows employees to seek medical care without the need to have referrals for specialized medical treatment.
The company also offers two dental benefit plans, a PPO and an HMO to all eligible employees.
Eligible employees are offered a separate comprehensive vision benefit which allows them to obtain specialized eye care from physicians with very low co-pays.
Basic Life and AD&D Insurance
Employees who elect to enroll in one of the medical plans are automatically entitled to a company funded Life insurance and AD&D policy of $25,000.
Voluntary Life Insurance
Employees who wish to supplement their group life insurance can purchase additional coverage up to 5 times their annual salary for themselves. Also, employees may purchase additional life insurance coverage for their eligible dependents.
Employee Assistance Program
Craig Zinn Automotive understands that all employees are faced with many different life challenges. For this reason the company offers all employees an Employee Assistance Program. This benefit is offered to all employees at no cost. It provides assistance for the employee and immediate household family member 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Craig Zinn Automotive provides full time employees with short and long-term disability income benefits. In the event of a non-work related injury or sickness, disability benefits are provided as a source of income. Both this benefits pay up to 60% of the employees’ income.
Eligible employees have the option of purchasing supplemental accident insurance for themselves and any eligible dependents.
Employees may also purchase voluntary critical illness coverage which covers conditions such as: Heart Attack, Stroke, Major Organ Transplant, and Permanent Paralysis.
Employees may choose to participate in this benefit which gives help on all types of legal issues. This is a local South Florida based plan providing excellent customer service to all members enrolled.
The Company provides a 401K retirement savings plan for all eligible employees. Employees are able to save up to 15% of their pay on a before-tax basis. In addition, the company offers a company paid match for all employees who participate in this benefit.
